Featured in Icon Magazine (August edition) and Winner of the competition: 10 Year of icon win this chair competition

 ‘10 years of Icon magazine win this chair competition’ took place during Clerkenwell design week, May 2013. The competition consisted in changing a silhouette of a designer chair (choice of 6) into any imaginary context.

I decided to reference the chair to the iconic black cat poster of Tulouse Lautrec and redesigned the poster around the shape of the chair using play on word ‘Chair Noir de Fritz Hansen’ instead of ‘Chat Noir de Rodolphe Salis’.

The editorial team at Icon magazine selected my work and published the winners in the magazine. I am now in posses of a Fritz Hansen’s designer chair.
