Bedouin Tend at the Copper Box Arena

I was involved in a job for an event at the Copper Box Arena in the Olympic Park.
Working with the ‘Invisible Blue’ team we were part of a huge crew that had 2 days to transform the vast area and set up many rooms, which had to represent different parts of the world.
I ended up working in the Middle East section having to create a Bedouin tent. Luckily we had plenty of materials to use. The challenge was to drape the fabric in a natural way but that also would not obstruct important areas such as fire exit, bathrooms and light sensors. A very enjoyable job despite the long hours.
